Star Clippers in town for Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix

A new 16 night land-cruise package for 2011 that takes in not only the Cannes film festival but both the time trials and the finals of the Monaco Grand Prix has been creatyed by Star Clippers.

Then iconic events are combined with 14 nights sailing on board the tall ship Star Flyer.

The experience begins on May 19 with two nights at the Cannes Riviera Hotel, during the final days of the 2011 Cannes film festival, when the rich and famous are in town.

Guests then board Star Flyer to sails to 11 different ports that take in both the time trials and the finals of the Monaco Grand Prix.

The price of £3,399 per person includes return flights from the UK, transfers, two nights at the 4* Cannes Riviera Hotel, the cruise, with all meals, and Grandstand tickets for the Prix on May 29.
