Norwegian Breakaway 2013 transatlantic from Southampton on sale now

Booking is now open for Norwegian Breakaway’s first transatlantic cruise which departs from Southampton on April 30, 2013.

Guests will be able to join the state-of-the-art, 4,000-passenger Norwegian Cruise Line ship, due to launch in April 2013, for a seven-night journey to New York where the ship will homeport year-round until March 2015. 

How the new Norwegian Breakaway will look

Fly-cruise packages for the Transatlantic from Southampton are priced from £932 per person with cruise-only prices starting at £569 per person.

Norwegian Breakaway will be the first of Norwegian Cruise Line’s new builds to launch, with sister ship Norwegian Getaway being delivered in April 2014. Norwegian Breakaway is currently under construction at Meyer Werft in Germany.

Following the ship’s arrival in New York City, Norwegian Breakaway will sail a season of seven-night cruises to Bermuda beginning on 11 May, 2013.
