The first of Crystal's four “Rhine-class” vessels sailing the rivers of Europe

The luxury river ship Crystal Bach, the first of four “Rhine-class” to grace the rivers of Europe, was delivered by MV Werften in Wismar, Germany, in August, 2017.

The river cruising industry’s only all-balcony, all-suite vessel in Europe, with every category of accommodation perched above the waterline, sails between Amsterdam and Frankfurt, and Amsterdam and Basel, along the Rhine.Main and Moselle rivers.

Three identical sisters, Mahler, Ravel and Debussy, further bolster Crystal’s deigns on capturing the luxury river cruise market.

All four Rhone-class ships will offer Crystal’s acclaimed butler service in every room category, king-sized beds, Panoramic Balcony-Windows™, walk-in closets and dual vanity in the bathrooms in most categories, ETRO robes and slippers, wall-mounted flat-screen HD TVs, and Nespresso machines.

Accommodation features 250sq-ft guest suites with walk-in wardrobes, American king size beds and bathrooms with double vanities, and two 750 sq-ft Penthouse Suites. Spacious public areas, including Palm Court and a well-appointed fitness center and spa.

Additional enticing features include Crystal’s farm-to-table, Michelin-inspired cuisine in multiple, open-seating eateries: the elegant Waterside Restaurant, namesake Bistro cafés and the exclusive Vintage Room; and the Palm Court with dance floor and glass domed roof.
